Jackal's 'right-hand' man. He fights using a technique known as Chōtō Chihai Ken, in which he pretends to be dead and then launches a surprise attack, decapitating his victims in mid-air with hidden blades. He takes part in the attack on Toyo's village and plants dynamite on two of the orphans in order to create a diversion for Kenshiro while they escape.
Kenshiro tracks down Fox and sees through his technique. He strikes the Shin-ichi (新一) vital point to extract the location of Jackal's whereabouts. After which, Kenshiro kicks him to his death and delivers his corpse as a warning to Jackal and the rest of his gang.

1986 movieEdit

In the theatrical movie, Fox one of Jagi's underlings who terrorizes a village in Kenshiro's name. Kenshiro & Rei both happen to arrive on the scene and Kenshiro kills Fox with a single punch.
