- Kisuke (キスケ Kisuke)
- A lackey of Kouketsu who recruited farmhands by making false promises of food for those who worked hard. He vowed to shave off his hair and pull out his tongue if he was lying. The villagers were tricked and sent to work at Red Valley, barren for over a hundred years, as slave labor. Kenshiro made sure Kisuke kept his word, striking a vital point which shed Kisuke's hair and exploded the tongue from his mouth.
